Breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food and fresh juices. The room was also amazing views of Shanghai at night was spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful at every opportunity.

Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World
The aircon was locked on heating making for an uncomfortable first two nights at 25.5 °C. Fortunately concierge sent someone to switch it to cooling mode for me. While a little dated, the room size was excellent as was the sauna.
