"The area was nice. When time for showering there was no shampoo or conditioner in their dispensers. When getting ready for bed the air conditioning was dead. Tried to fix it but it just didn’t work. I didn’t call downstairs because I wasn’t ready to switch rooms. In the morning I wanted to tell the front desk about the issues but there was no one there. Just a plastic can to put your card keys in. Very disappointed."

"During our stay, a “false alarm” fire alarm went off at 2am. There was no announcement over an intercom about it being a false alarm, so myself, my family and other guests travelled down 7 flights of stairs to arrive at the bottom floor with no direction and no staff available for help. When we arrived to the lobby, the employee at the front had no explanation as to what happened and dismissed it as a false alarm with no apology whatsoever. This hotel needs to provide training to their staff in the case of emergencies as this is unacceptable. While it’s understandable that false alarms happen, it is unacceptable for the hotel to not provide guests with any directions in the event of any type of alarm signaling, false or not. I had stayed at this hotel multiple times previously but after this will not as I can no longer trust the overall security or training of staff in the event of emergencies."

We would just like to kindly suggest adding eggs (scrambled or hard‑boiled) and sausages to help create a more complete and satisfying breakfast. "Best advice… don’t book here. From the unheard of deposit required on a Motel 6.. and how it must be in cash for a worn out hotel that has a terrible history (google it) I did after feeling odd after my night there.. The towels are stained and so thin you can see thru them, The staff is rude and of course with a cash deposit they find a reason to keep some of literally saying it’s only 10 bucks! Ya my 10 bucks thief!! I was smart and did snap a pic at the tone of arrival of our towels that we got stained from the start! Not many people were staying there and again we learned why really quickly! The pillows were so old that some were literally like 2 or 3 old worn out one stuffed in one pillow case.. seriously and the rest of the hotels in that city were way overpriced. Literally save your self all headaches and stay in Tulare or any other neighboring city!! But for sure don’t stay here!! In the pic I Am sharing look at the 2nd towel down. That is upon our arrival and I am sure the reason they then later said they had to keep sone of my money!!"
