"We stayed at this hotel last month and had an overall enjoyable experience. Although we were initially disappointed when our booking was automatically canceled by the system, the staff handled the situation with patience and professionalism. One of the attendants kindly informed us that a refund would be issued after speaking with the manager. The morning attendant was also very accommodating, clearly explaining the situation and reassuring us about the refund process. The manager was equally courteous and took the time to explain everything in detail. The hotel itself was clean, the location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and it was very affordable for a family like ours. Overall, this place is highly recommendable, and we definitely plan to come back. "

"Staff was very courteous, facility was in great shape . Room and shower were clean . Pool was well maintained. Overall great experience. Only concern was when i ask the staff for late check out they couldn't let it be no later than noon . A lot of properties let you check out like 1 pm specially when you are marriott bonvoy member , which apperently didnt apply to me as i booked my reservation through hotels.com Other than that 5 star , i highly recommend this place"
