Enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the variety to Choose from. Small things that might matter to someone else was the laundry room. The only 2 machines that are there and in need of replacing were leaking water all over the floor and not spinning properly. The electrical outlet in our bathroom was not working at all. Overall our stay was comfortable and we would book again.

Seemed to be fine, we are hot tub owners and everything seemed like it was working properly. They replaced a pump in the hot tub while we were there so you know they are doing maintenance.

We had a great stay at this Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The Hotel was spotless and modern with a nice pool and free parking. Free Breakfast was good but not great. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The public beach is 2 minutes drive across the street from the Hotel with free parking . We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our recent stay at this hotel. The location is in close proximity to the beaches, great restaurants, and local grocery stores. The hotel is family-friendly, it has a great pool and dedicated splash pad. There is a public playground, water park, and go-kart track within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. Will definitely stay here again

Very clean, great location. They probably need to hire an extra breakfast cooking person though as there were sometimes long waits and not enough food cooked. The lady running it was definitely working hard, but she could’ve used extra hands.

Great location. Everything is close by, including Henderson Beach State Park (4 minute drive). Room was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious (more than I expected). Staff was friendly and attentive. Although we didn't get to use it, the kids splash pad is a nice touch. The breakfast buffet great. Will definitely return.

The room I stayed in had roaches and a strong, unpleasant odor. I even asked the cleaning staff to spray disinfectant, but the smell remained. I killed four roaches, two on the bed and one on the wall nearby—I called the front desk to request a room change. The employee told me there was nothing they could do until morning because they were sold out. I decided to stay up all night, as I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in that bed, and waited until morning like the staff member instructed. As I was sitting at the desk in my room watching TV, a roach crawled across it. I decided to pack up and go downstairs to see if I could be moved to another property. The front desk agent said there was nothing he could do until the manager arrived in the morning. I ended up staying in the lobby from around 1:40ish a.m. until 8:00 a.m., when I was finally moved to another room. The original room conditions were completely unsanitary. First room, the shampoo bottle was completely empty, carpet stained, wad of hair around the nightstand, caked dust behind it, and had small bits of debris already present when I checked in. Second room, the conditioner bottle was empty. Breakfast was mediocre. One morning breakfast was late—it was supposed to start at 6:30 a.m., but it wasn’t ready until about 7:40. Eggs had a strange smell, and the shredded pork was unappetizing. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. This property clearly does not take pride in cleanliness, maintenance, or guest comfort.
