"First time there; will be coming back. Staff went out of their way to chat; the General Manager gave us tips on places to visit in the area and people treated you like friends, not clients. Had a chat with the women watering the flowers, when they were placed and when they would be removed toward the winter. At breakfast, my wife mentioned she would love scrambled eggs and would they be offered later in the week. The cook made her scrambled eggs right then and included cheese! We got to know one breakfast worker's daughter and how they went to get their nails done. Just a lot of fun. Everybody had smiles; they appreciated our being at their hotel, not like some hotels where you are an inconvenience. Room was super clean; housekeeping left us a note letting us know they did not do our bed because we had personal items on the bed and they did not want to disturb it. If we wanted them to come back to fix it up, just let them know. Just a first class operation!"
