Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We liked that they kept healthy snacks, coffee, juice & tea available 24/7. It was central to everywhere we wanted to visit

This isn’t the first time we go to this hotel we visit it . However, lately, it seems like it’s declining.The first room smelled like sewer, the receptionist immediately switched our room. The second room, which we have stayed in this room before, the bed was very uncomfortable. It needs to be updated. Also, the water container in the dining area is filthy inside. There’s a round part that looks like mold and the faucet part is very dirty. I’m not sure if this order is safe to drink.

Upon arriving the staff was friendly and courteous. Helpful in answering our questions. Got to the room, it was very spacious and clean. On one side you could walk out into town and the other side was a convenient walk to a local store and restaurant. If we come back, will definitely stay again.

Everything was great about the hotel except one problem. The building had a spotlight out side our room window and it was shining into our room all night. we had trouble sleeping as the room was lighted up. I complained to the desk but they said they could do nothing about this. They were willing to have us change rooms. but we said no.

This was aa very noce and clean hotel. Brekfast was huge and delicious. Would highly recommend this place and will stay there again when we return to Berlin. I had the handicapped room and it was exactly what I expected. I have a left leg prostetic.

Better than The Grande

We go to Amish country all the time. I like this hotel better than the berlin grand. Its bigger, cleaner and just more comfortable for less cost. We will be going back again next month and staying here again and probably for the future.
