Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the amenities were well maintained. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Large room with extremely comfortable bed. Shower gel could be more appealing and smell nicer. Shower head and bath were leaking. Maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority.

The only problems with the Hitel is that the gym is too small. Also the name has a problem because all the taxis i booked took me to Sukhumvik (even after showing on maps my address) which is 30 minutes away. Thats an hour total. Happened 3 times. Very annoying and expensive.
