The staff was friendly. Then we arrived home to find we had been charged twice for our one night stay. I contacted hotel explained what happened with the bill and the manager requested a reversal of one of the charges. We have stayed at different Fairfield locations over the past few years, some for a week at a time, however after this experience we may not stay at Fairfield again. We only stayed the night because we didn’t want to loose our money."
