"There is no Air Conditioning, only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The shower in the lower level is all hot or all cold, nothing in-between. Tried to adjust for five minutes with no luck. There is not onsite staff to check in or out, but there is someone living onsite."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our group, had everything we needed. It is in a very lovely quiet neighborhood with a view of the ocean. Only issue is lack of anything walkable like a store or beach. That is our error because it was our first time to Hawaii and we really had no idea about distance! Overall loved our stay."
