We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant.

The pros..location to Ithaca College, good breakfast and cleanliness. The cons...the parking lot is a big pothole,the carpets and funiture are tired and need replacing, toilets have no pressure and barely flush and there are no usb ports working to charge phones.

The room was filthy, particularly the console surface, which was wet and sticky. Upon wiping it, the tissue came away with a yellow-brown residue. Even after cleaning it ourselves, we didn't dare place any items on it. We only stayed one night, but that was enough to decide we will never return.
