The staff of this property were wonderful, the pool was heated and nothing beats complimentary breakfast (although it was mediocre). The rooms were spacious and clean.

The best free breakfast!

We stayed here for our sons IC graduation. Breakfast was probably the best we have ever had at a holiday inn. Very hot and fresh! We had a huge room with a separate living area. Great location highly recommend.

The people were very nice and unfortunately i had to switch rooms because the AC unit was making a god awful loud noise. No issues switching but the second room was almost the same just not as bad so I just dealt with it. Staff was helpful, pool was very small.

This could have been a 5 star rating. The room configuration was actually perfect for my large family of five. It was big and spacious with nice separate areas for privacy. The bathroom was also very large size with a nice walk-in shower. The interior designes were modern and pleasant for room and lobby area. However the room was in aweful condition for cleanliness. There was a bad oder right upon entrance, like a men's locker room at a gym. The smell linger for our entire stay and we did not get ysed to it. The carpet was stained and dirty, duch thatvwe didnt feel comfortable to have bare feet when we were going and coming from the sgower. I've been to other Holiday Inn's before for business trips, and they were all great experiences. This one looked like the others but was just not in a good state of maintenance. Even around the property, I saw lots of small damage on walls and ceiling that were not being addressed. Does not seem up to expectation from what Ive experienced at other HI's. The complimentary breakfadt was on par with other places. Also, I would like to give special kudos to the front desk person who went out of their way to help us when we had special needs for my son's medical condition. That was definitely more in ecpectation for HI quality.

We observed a weird smell after turning on the ac unit. Since we are tired we didn’t get a chance to talk with front desk about it. Other than that everything is good. Breakfast is really nice. Staff services are really good.

The room we lived in is right next to a busy road. It’s so noisy at night and not allowing you to sleep. We stayed up whole night and complained to the front desk the following morning but she just shrugged off and said it was designed by mistake at build without considering the closeness to the busy road. Nothing she could do and no compensation offered.
