Mattress was too firm for me, but staff was excellent, loved the breakfast area (not hotel lobby), close to everything we needed on this trip.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jackson by IHG
The bed was very uncomfortable to sit in and watch tv although sleeping was ok. Also the seat in the bathtub had black mold in the crevices where the slat meets the frame underneath.

Wonderful helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Restaurant downstairs is physically connected to the hotel but not part of the hotel with a limited menu certain times in the week. Parking is open to everyone not just hotel guests.
