The person I check in with was very rude. When I went to the room it had never been cleaned said send me a large tastic bag of trash next to the door and beer bottles on the ground. When I return to the front desk she argued with me and eventually gave me key to get another room which was not as dirty but someone has been on the bed and doors were open it was a very sketchy place. She refused to give me a refund saying she didn’t have that authority.

The owners/managers of property were extremely rude. I tried to get information prior to arriving and they were rude and they were rude when we.were there. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but was completely overwhelmed with smoke smell. All of my clothes smelled like smoke. I informed them of this and all they could say was no, it was a non smoking room. I would never stay at this location again, ever.

all our rooms are non smoking, this is checked after all guest checkouts are cleaned daily. They are once again checked by management to ensure rooms do not smell like smoke.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked great in our room, room was very clean. The driveway up the hill and to the backside of the property needs some attention and there was no fan in the shower room so was hot and musty to try and dry off.

Thank you for staying with us. We're so glad you gave us 4 out of 5 stars. All of our rooms have ventilation fans on the ceiling of the bathrooms, however if you take a hot shower it does often times take a bit more time to ventilate. We hope to see you again next time you're in the area.

Big room, very clean, extra towels, microwave, ref & coffee pot are a plus. A little pricey, but I guess its a little worth it.

The onsite managers/ owners were very rude. We kept on getting locked out of our room . When we called the front desk , to complain they stated it was our fault.

I'm a little unsure how you kept on getting locked out of your room unless you had left your key card inside your room in which case happens often with guests and we are happy to make a duplicate key card to get you inside. Our rooms are outfitted with key-card entry to ensure your privacy as well as safety and the doors will require a key card upon each entry. Thank you for staying with us
