all our rooms are non smoking, this is checked after all guest checkouts are cleaned daily. They are once again checked by management to ensure rooms do not smell like smoke.

Thank you for staying with us. We're so glad you gave us 4 out of 5 stars. All of our rooms have ventilation fans on the ceiling of the bathrooms, however if you take a hot shower it does often times take a bit more time to ventilate. We hope to see you again next time you're in the area.

Hi Gemster, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I'm a little unsure how you kept on getting locked out of your room unless you had left your key card inside your room in which case happens often with guests and we are happy to make a duplicate key card to get you inside. Our rooms are outfitted with key-card entry to ensure your privacy as well as safety and the doors will require a key card upon each entry. Thank you for staying with us
