the room was neglected. it had a very moldy smell, and it look like they did not take care of the rooms... We had to switch rooms, and they new room was not much better, we decided not to stay at this hotel... I had insurance and I requested a refund, and I got the run out from the hotel and I never got a final answer from Hotels.com,, not very happy,,, Next time I wont use Hotels.com or get insurance to protect me...

I loved the kindness of the staff ( except one Kate). They cared about me and my feelings and were always there for my needs. The room started having issuesThe one manger kate needs to be fired was rude and didnt care about an incident that happened on her property and how it effected me.

My room tv didn't work along with no wifi reaching the suite rooms. They did do a amazing job of accommodating foe the inconvenience. The normal rooms are clean and comfortable. The king suites with kitchen needs work still. Would still stay again.
