Staff was great and friendly and the room was amazing. Definitely recommended. Only downside was the elevator didn't work so bad to take the stairs which wasn't many but i have a bad back so it got me. But the bed was extremely comfortable everything was clean

Pillows are way too soft- they flatten to flat when you sleep on them. If those were better my sleep would have been improved by 50%. Water pressure too low. Water Pipes make noise from other rooms. Otherwise rooms were quiet which I appreciated.
