We had no hot water for showers when we arrived, but the new assistant manager promptly got to work getting it sorted out so we could enjoy a hot shower before bed. "Breakfast was very good. Staff throughout stay were polite helpful and pleasant. Evening meal offered good selection. Looked like the room bathroom had been refurbished. One critisism that both myself and wife are 81 yr old pensioner and the provision of the shower in the bath with no hand rails fitted meant we could not climb into the bath to shower!! Hotels need to provide walk in showers instead of baths ???"
