Extended Stay America Suites Pittsburgh Monroeville
"Dark parking area, trim the trees away from the light post so it can improve lighting. The rooms were unclean. Don't look under the bed you will be disappointed. Even walking on the hard floors allows you to experience the stick floors. 2 out of 4 times that I went to the front desk was I able to find someone behind the desk. The shower head in the bath room was broken away from the support so you had to manually hold the shower head while you showered. I was there 2 nights and had one small container of shampoo and one bar of soap provided for at the bath or sink. So you had to move a small bar of soap between the two. Come on, did they cost a dime? Breakfast said juices and grab and go along with coffee and tea. No juice, no in room coffee, no bottled water provided. Inside carpets and hallways need cleaning and painting. Some lights in the room did not work. Upgrades are desperately needed. A building next door is applying for a liquor license to be a bar/ restaurant should make everyone feel even more anxious if they don't service the outdoor lights around the parking lot and brighten things up"
