"I didnt receive the check in email. When I call them, instead of sending the mail they tried to help me with a long bad communicated phone talk. There is no one else to help you. Its a ghost hotel. And rooms are worse than pictures and smell so bad. It says private bathroom but wc is on corridor. ..."

"What a view I had from my window! Back in the US, I would not get a hotel room overlooking the White House. But here in Bratislava, the Presidential Palace was just across the way. (Of course, the view would have been worthless had there been any shortcomings in service or amenities. But there weren’t. All was comfortable, luxurious, etc.) A delightful stay!"
