Pros- great location, friendly staff, comfy bed. Great value. Good for short stay. Cons- whole building in need of general refurb. Lock on our bedroom door was a bit tricky to open at times, key and lock seemed to stick. Window blinds don’t properly close, left large gaps.

The check in was so nice and easy. Very caring staff, even she changed my room upon request. Main thing was pet was allowed as I had to take my dog for 8.30am appointment and I am out of Auckland. Room was great! Nice n clean. Have booked again.
