"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not."

"I had had an accident during the day and on checking in at Hampton Hilton Broad Street Birmingham receptionist Marie noticed that I was shaken from the day’s events. Marie was kind, sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Marie made our stay even better with her kindness - thank you so much Marie your support was amazing and I really appreciated your kindness. Other staff members were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to our next stay very soon."
