room was spacious. bed was comfortable, however had a dip in the mattress. Needs to be swapped out with new one. bathroom was awesome, shower pressure was the best. also the tub should have a slip mat when soap or shampoo get on the bottom of the tub it is a hazard

Also, the bathtub wa sin rough shape in that room. The carpet was “sticky” and the hallway to the whole 4 th floor was smelly. Complained to desk the next morning and was moved to exact room on the floor below very quickly and they were very nice about it. Although the second room did’nt smell like smoke, it still had a smell to it that wasn’t “clean”. Hotels shouldn’t have carpet…the breakfast is lacking any kind of protein and we decided to get breakfast elsewhere, they do have a waffle maker. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this exact hotel, the first two times are the reason we came back. The rooms were clean then with no issues. We visit Winchester frequently as our son goes to school there, will probably choose other hotels that we have stayed in there over this one due to this stay. "
