Great views. and everything is walking distance! The restaurant on the top floor is amazing...but not for the people who suffer from motion sickness...it spins, so the view is always changing! Rooms are spacious, but the A/C is kinda loud.

Clean hotel and great service.

The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...

Would have given an even higher rating but due to the labour strike out front, the hotel was short staffed and the management team struggled to keep up. To be fair, management worked extra hard to cover the bases. I’m sure once they’ve resolved their labour issues, they’ll be back to full 5 stars. ...

Nothing fancy but convenient and affordable.

Beautiful decor, super friendly, luxurious lobby and rooms. Only complaint was the lack of room service.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff

The Hotel Zephyr was centrally located in the city and allowed easy access to all the major attractions. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend staying at the Zephyr to families, couples and singles as well.

Overall saying, I would stay here for next time

Stay was ok! I was in the second floor. The view was not good because I was on top of the lobby facing a wall. One thing I dislike was the $30 parking fee.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy bed and rooms. Enjoyed our stay with the exception of $43 a night parking and we couldn’t keep the room cool enough. Thermostat was on 78 when we arrived (heat wave) and we couldn’t cool it down.

Excellent bargain for the price. It’s very close to the city with a beautiful skyline and you can watch the airplanes land. It’s it’s quiet, clean, and elegant.

Proximity to a lot of places to see in San Francisco. The vallet parking attendants were very nice and friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary. We really enjoyed the property but honestly were out and about so much that we didn't take advantage of a ton that it offered outside the room. Love the le labo but bummed that no take some samples now.

Room was clean and didn't feel cramped. Love the food options within walking distance.

Property needed upgrades. Parking lot was flaking apart and needed resurface. A bad reflection on the hotel. Carpet near conference rooms needed restreaching or replacement. Staff at front desk should be better dressed to reflect hotel quality.

The hotel is not that clean like photo. Also, I saw some homeless in side the hotel, hotel is not safe.

Okay stay

Nice hotel with good staff. Unfortunately, the property overall felt average, and did not meet expectations if previous JW stays. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable at all. Overall GOOD stay, and would return, but only if the price was right.
