The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...

Great place to stay! Very convenient and next to everything

We flew in early and they allowed us to check in right upon arrival which was a few hrs prior to normal check-in.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We will definitely be staying here again! It’s beautiful and the vintage decor and esthetics give it character!! Very romantic and the skylight bar is very chic with a great view!

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST. It is now owned by the city. I think as a homeless shelter or something. We were sent to Park Central Hotel which was wonderful.

The staff go above and beyond with you and do their best to make your staying more comfortable

The staff and room were superb. Be aware that the breakfast is buffet style only. This aside, the hotel was well kept, clean, and well managed.

Everything was great except our shower faucet didn’t work properly. It came off actually! And was hard to get back one. The room and place was clean tho!

The hotel is not that clean like photo. Also, I saw some homeless in side the hotel, hotel is not safe.

Hotel is located in the heart of Union Square. Lots of shopping and dining options within a 1-2 block area. Hotel is well maintained and staff are attentive. Will stay there again.
