We had a nice stay here. The best part for us was the location. The breakfast cafe was nice but busy and seemed to be out of things but what we did get was good.

Clean room, remodel and staff was friendly. Could not order room service spotty internet. The neighbors had many kids crying and slamming the adjacent door all night.

It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.

The hot tub had feces in it while we were in the hot tub. We did not notice until we got out and turned off the bubbles. It was full of feces at the bottom, cloudy and disgusting. When we tried to report it to the staff they were very rude and hung up while I was trying to explain to them what happened. ...

There was construction going on during our stay so that was a bit annoying. The shower was also very confusing and pressure was weird. Other then that stay was good. Close to park we walked every day.

Everything was good staff was really nice, room was clean except one of the sinks light kept working only now and then, Parking was a nightmare but other then that definitely recommended

The food was great, the property looked a little dated but the service was always there. I never waited for anything and that was awesome. I think it has the prettiest beach in cancun so if you are about the beach and the look of the water, this is the spot! I would go back 100%

There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty.

Unfortunately, would not do this resort again. Breathless punta Cana. Still would love to come back one day, but we will either do hotels or still with majestic/excellence brand.
