Breakfast at coffee shop was great! Sue was a pleasure!

We were looking forward to using the pool to soak after walking tradeshows during the day but when we arrived it was empty and the hot tub wasn't very hot. Not worth the extra payment for "resort". Plus the hot tub shut down at 6pm, so only a little bit of time to even use it before it closed.

Kiosk at check in did not work properly and was having issues printing room keys. Staff was very helpful assisting at check in and printing out room keys. Nice big newly renovated room.

The pool was great.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean. The free breakfast and dinner was good. Pool area was great. Staff should work to keep ducks away from the pool for sanitary reasons.

The room was clean, obviously the accommodations were outdated due to historical nature of property. Very interesting stay with complimentary tour.

Older building. Great staff. The area around isn't the greatest, but a Mexican restaurant across the street. Walkable gas station and fast food nearby.

The staff at this facility is superb. Extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Was impressed when the housekeeping manager came to check on my housekeeping needs on the second day. Everything was amazing!

No complaints about the room or breakfast or bar or restaurant. Great view of the river and lake from our room. Enjoyed the convenient location.

We had a nice stay here. The best part for us was the location. The breakfast cafe was nice but busy and seemed to be out of things but what we did get was good.

Clean room, remodel and staff was friendly. Could not order room service spotty internet. The neighbors had many kids crying and slamming the adjacent door all night.

Why is there a $17.65 amenities fee, when the front desk could not even explain what amenities was available. Location

It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.

The hot tub had feces in it while we were in the hot tub. We did not notice until we got out and turned off the bubbles. It was full of feces at the bottom, cloudy and disgusting. I didn't have either just went there to sleep.

There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty.

Good vacation however communication is very poor with the staff the majority of the employees do not speak English.

The pools were very clean and enjoyable. I highly recommend the spa service.

Greatest Resort

Unfortunately, would not do this resort again. Breathless punta Cana. Still would love to come back one day, but we will either do hotels or still with majestic/excellence brand.
