One-night stay was wonderful. The Embarkment tour is a must to really appreciate the Queen Mary. Afterward, exploration on your own is encouraged and few nooks are off-limits -- very refreshing!

I give 4 stars because we call 3 times to report AC not working before the teck came in, there was no hand wash soap , beside that the hotel is old but well maintained

Very pleased with my stay. Room was a little small but otherwise very good. Clean and well maintained. Location is excellent.

Although the bed and room are relatively freshly made & clean, there were dirty towels in our closet space, and also left over hair in the shower.

Great, spacious room. A little dated but very clean and a great all around value. The attached Brazilian steakhouse is solid, if a little expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotels.com was AWFUL Hotel staff helped fix what they messed up. The rooms were SMALL the bathrooms even smaller

It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.

There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty.

Colonial closed, being renovated. Majestic just rebooked to elegance, never let us know to book elsewhere. Elegance is party place, loud music, ok food, and many staff don't care. Will never visit majestic again. We wanted colonial for kids.

Just enough to charge batteries

Employee are too rude and not nice at all. During 5 days just 2 waitres were nice. Trolly sistem sucks and the drivers worst. They sale this place like a 5 start resort barely a 3 because thw food is edible compare to tohers resorts.
