"We really enjoyed our stay here. Really close to the North Station, just a couple of minutes walk. Made it really easy to get into the centre. The food court area at the main station was great, we had a little one with us and had dinner there most nights, lots of great food options. Hotel was clean, of a good standard and staff were all really friendly - would recommend and stay here again. "

"Staff are so lovely and welcoming, they made the stay so worth it. They made the effort to welcome and converse with us every time they saw us. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early which saved us so much time so we are so grateful for this. There is a free coffee machine that you can help yourself to, it even has hot chocolate and English tea, it was so delicious. The room was so clean, there were no flaws in terms of cleanliness. The bedding and towels were clean and had no stains. The beds were tidied everyday and the bathroom was cleaned too. We booked a double room, it is as small as it looks in the pictures. The room has a kettle and a tv. An iron is available upon request. It would be better if there was a small fridge. If you’re on a girls trip this room won’t be ideal for you as there wasn’t much space for us to store our belongings and to get ready. The hotel is located a short walk from the train and bus station. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would recommend this hotel. "
