The affordable prices , Very kind humble recepcionistas And all people that stay there they respect the rules of the Hotel, The Hotel it’s a historical peace of :Zapotlan el Grande that was the old name of the town now The name is : Ciudad Guzmán.!

The hotel looked nice- almost like an hacienda vibe. However, the room was smaller than expected, and the front door was see-through and a curtain was used for more privacy. The location is in the middle of the centro which was convenient but right next door was a cantina so a lot people were coming in and out which made it noisy and hard to sleep

Pesimo hotel.
Pésimas las instalaciones, sin una cama confortable, la puerta descuadrada, las cortinas traslúcidas, baño nada amigable, sin ambientación, sin A/C, muebles viejos y descuidados, luz y ventilador malos. La salida del estacionamiento desvinculada, desarticulada. Nada recomendable.

Excelente ubicación,los únicos comentarios es que no deben de poner que tienen aire acondicionado sino sirve y también no decir hay tina de hidromasaje,si tampoco sirve,a mi el personal me trató x,normal, tranquilo por qué solo iba por una noche,pero al llegar a hospedarme había lentitud en el ingreso con otras personas y me tocó ver una huésped a lo mejor exagerada para la recepción y quejumbrosa,pero tenía puntos relevantes para sus quejas y molestias,me dio miedo ver cómo era revocada su estancia por opinar lo que le estaba molestando,creo debieron ponerla en una área según lo que ella se quejaba para evitar un huésped molesto,pero por su arrogancia de ella y la persona que la había atendido,no hubo solución y fue expulsada del hotel,no me gustó ese trato,aunque reitero no fue hacia mi,yo solo a lo que iba todo bien,pero mi consejo porque estudie una carrera de atención a clientes y tengo experiencia,el cliente no debió ser tratado así,para evitar un cliente disgustado, gracias por la estancia mis hijos amaron su hotel por la cercanía al centro
