They made our stay even more special with some surprise balloons and chocolates in the room as we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Gardens are very nice to sit and have a snack or a drink. We did book LOF but found it wasn’t to our dietary requirements so can’t rate this but it was very busy when it was open. The bar is a nice area sit for coffee or drinks. We had a luxury room facing the courtyard which was very spacious, lovely shower and a nice little addition of the Nespresso. All in all we would definitely stay here again."
