Someone had cut their hair in the room and had left clumps on a chair, on the floor, and in the bathroom sink, which clogged it. Was a bit gross to say the least. Also no microwave in the room which caught us off guard. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not sure if we would stay again.

The room condition was okay. The water pressure at anytime was horrible. It took forever to rinse your hair out. My kitchen area was awesome until you had to dispose of anything. No kitchen size garbage pails anywhere. They only give you a desk size garbage pail in the bathroom and in the room with no trash bags. So if I hand to dispose of anything bigger than a take outbox,I would have to go to the elevator, or down to the lobby and squeeze everything into a tiny opening. The pull-out sofa mattress was old and dingy. I had to place three sheets onto the mattress in order to feel clean. Building was a little run down from all the reviews. Staff was very helpful with anything you needed.
