We were quite surprised with this hotel. It was a great value. The staff were helpful and the patrons were all respectful. Although we felt a bit hesitant booking, due to the price, and thinking it might be a bit shady, it was not at all. I would stay there again.

Everything was clean. BUT, our bathroom had an area in it that was evident of a water leak from above. It had a large hole in it to drain the water, I suppose. It wasn't very nice to see. Had trouble connecting to the internet. PW was not working, even after contacting the front desk. Not a great channel selection. Not sports people. We did not do the breakfast, which we were not told about. It was unimpressive. No literature in the room, info for the area, fire exists, recommendations for dinning out and other things.Not overly impressed.

We chose this hotel because we have had good experiences with this brand. This particular one was only rated "good", compared to a couple others in the area that were rated higher. And that rating is accurate. Next time I will go with the higher rated ones. The rooms are kinda small, the tub/shower/bathroom is small, the decor is somewhat depressing, and we were not able to get the tv to get to anything other than Disney Jr. The beds are ok, but if you are short like me, you are in for a climb. Standard hotel pillows. The breakfast is ok if you like just the basics. This hotel could be great if they didn't try so hard to penny-pinch.

Great room qnd the price was a bargain. Room was nice and clean...no smells! I liked the decor/colors- had an updated look. Beds were firm but comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Good selection. I would definitely stay again if i am in the area.

Good stay but noisy neighbors

Stay was good but there was a lot of people coming in and moving through the halls at night, someone even knocked on my door. Please monitor these situations so your guests can get a good night sleep.

Repairs needed

The staff was friendly. Pool and whirlpool was nice. Breakfast was decent too. Room was clean but needs a lot of repair. Window wouldn’t latch. Faucet wasn’t connected to the sink properly, very loose. Bathtub needs recaulking on outside. Holes in the wall covered by plastic light switch panels.
