"My check in did not go well. It was not the staff person, he couldn’t have been nicer, it was the hotel policy. This was the first time I encountered this policy at any hotel and whoever in corporate initiated this policy should be fired on the spot!! I hope that this is not something that is going to become a new normal! I understand a fee for a late check out as a hotel needs to ready the rooms for incoming guests but if a room is ready to charge an early check in fee is nothing but a money grab. Until I hear this policy has been changed I will not be staying at the Parker House! My stay otherwise was fine, the room was clean and it was quiet but this early check-in put a damper on the Parker House experience, I finally did check in at 5pm. Horrible! "
