I checked in with my elderly parents and I had no help to take luggage’s upstairs. I asked for early check in and the lady at the desk said I wasn’t written down for it after I asked and spoke to someone multiple times. The place was not that clean and the area was not the best. I hear construction machines all day and night. No peace and quite at all. Sorry I will never stay or recommend this place again

Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Everything about the place was great and I will definitely book a room here the next time I’m in Boston for a few days if there’s availability. It made the trip even better being walkable or a short subway ride away to everything we did in Boston during the trip.

Great location in China town. Easy to walk to the theater district and French quarter. Great food within walking distance. Building was secure and safe. Security was very friendly. Unfortunately there was construction outside the building on both sides. One of the “towel packets” in the closet had been opened and had a dirty face cloth in. Would have been easily missed by housekeeping. Did not use the stove given the great food available. Great outdoor seating if the weather had been nicer. Full sets of dishes, glasses, utensils was very useful. Parking information was misleading. Pay and park in Beech St Garage and walk to the property. Would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. Apartment size was good. Location good. Queen beds okay would prefer king size. Shower had no shelf to put items on. Bedroom didnt have any blockouts so expect lights at night & a very early wakeup. If you like a dark room I suggest not staying here. We didnt sleep well at all.

The check in process was a little odd and there wasn't anywhere secure to hold our bags untill check in. However, for the price having two beds, a kitchen, ability to walk most places it was great. Felt secure and clean would definitely stay there again.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking with refrigerator etc too. The apartment was lovely, modern, comfortable and clean. However the washing machine was out of order and the first notification of this was when I read the notice in the machine. No prior notice given or alternative arrangement offered. My 13 day road trip was worked around having a 2 day stop in Boston where I was expecting to be able to do a batch of clothes washing half way however this was impossible.

It was a beautiful unit that was spacious and clean. I wish there were better amenities like a soap dish, more towels, shelving or storage for clothes. I enjoyed the simplicity in the short walks to restaurants and activities.

It's important to note that there isn't any parking at the hotel and available parking that is closest is inconvenient and costly. Also, the water pressure is very low and it's difficult to take a shower because of it. They don't provide any hand soap, so make sure you bring your own. The location is very difficult and terrifying to drive to.

1. First of all, the front desk (security staff) was unfriendly and completely unhelpful. On our last day, after checking out, we were waiting for our car in the lobby, but she rudely asked us to leave because she said she had something to do. 2. When there was a problem, it was impossible to reach anyone from the property. I made at least ten phone calls. Since the room faced a street under construction, they said they would change my room, but after waiting the entire day, nothing happened. I also couldn’t reach their Boston office. 3. The curtains were just a thin layer of sheer fabric, so the sunlight woke us up early in the morning. 4. The one-bedroom unit didn’t have a bedroom door. 5. The hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning completely cold.
