Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

This condo is located on the top floor of Founder’s Pointe, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex which offers an amenity rich base experience. Enjoy the roof deck featuring a pool sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace, free Wi-Fi. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

Inside this modern condo is accommodations for four. This unit features a king bed and TV in the primary bedroom and a brand new (May 2021) leather sofa sleeper that comfortable sleeps two on on memory foam mattress, new living room furniture (July 2021)..as well as a new TV in the living room. After a day on the mountain, curl up in front of the gas fire, turn on the cable on the flat screen, and just relax. After making a meal in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, breathe in the fresh air and views of the slopes on your private balcony.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The swimming pool and gym are just 1.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 3.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Very nice condo
This condo is very clean and comfortable and is just as listed. It is a great location - just across the street from the ski base. There were no problems. However, if you don't have a car to store your luggage in, I don't suggest staying here. There really is no place to store luggage - the lockers at the base are not large enough for even carry-on suitcases. We did enjoy our stay here very much!

Smoke smell in the unit
Upon walking in we where overcome with cigarette smoke. It was awful. Obviously the non smoking unit had been smoked in. Very unfortunate. We opened windows and turned on the fans to try to air out the unit. We left messages for the property manger immediately but didn’t hear back for a few hours. Not much could be done at that point. Only good thing is the unit was very clean!!

Perfect Retreat for Skiing at Winter Park
Great condo a short walk to the gondola. Hot tub was super. The condo was well equipped. Host was responsive to requests. Make sure to use the red wagons to cart your skis to and from the mountain. Heated underground garage was a plus. We were disappointed to lose the ability to use the restroom by the hot tub after a day of skiing on check out day, so we could freshen up for the ride home.

Can’t beat the location of this condo or views of the mountain. Ski in, ski out is an understatement with the gondola right out the door. Charlotte is a great property manager, super responsive and helpful when needed for info about the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent location
The unit was in excellent proximity to the heart of the area we wanted to be in. We did not go to ski since we have a 2 year old, more so wanted to experience the town in this trip to determine if the area would make a great place for annual vacations. Getting into the garage was easy enough. The scanner was not working the first night, but pushing the open door button worked fine for us. The condo has almost everything we needed - a pizza pan would have been awesome to have, but we made due without. There was plenty of paper products. The tissue boxes were a wonderful addition. We unfortunately had to rely on medical services for my daughter during our stay, and the ems has no issue locating the building and room. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay.

good location (only)
the apartment has a good location, convenient to everything. However, it is listed as one with "great views". this is plain misleading and false. There is really not much of a view. Yes, you can go to the balcony and see the village and a side of the mountain. this is nothing whatsoever in colorado. this property has anything but great views. It is also depressingly dark inside. However, everything else about it works. It is managed very well, and the management is very nice and extremely responsive. But please - please don't list it as a property with a great view.
