The hotel is amazing, the staff is very hospitable, and the breakfast food is amazing to wake up too. Had a great view of the largest Winston landmark building. Even with bad snowy weather, the warmth and hospitality inside definitely melted all that away in my room. Will definitely return, this is my second stay and not soon to be my last.

I inadvertently booked a room where i had to walk down the hall to my bathroom. The very nice hotel manager was able to put me in a different room the next night.
