Everyone was very nice. Ralph is always a pleasure. Breakfast could be better. Having only real eggs every other day is not what I think of Marriott standards. Everything else is great. Great location. Look up parking situation if you have an unusual type of vehicle. They do work with you and other local properties to find you a spot.

Fun little stay!

The breakfast was amazing, lots of options, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointment the pool was closed but the staff told us we could go down the street to a hotel nearby and swim.

The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was out of order when we visited and they arranged for us to swim at a sister hotel. Everyone was so hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms, pool and customer service.

All staff were very proactive in terms of customer service. We travel a lot, this hotel's room design was slightly different and I liked it very much. Pool and a hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast is actually something substantial and you can find things that are fairly nutritious. Highly recommend if you need a place near Williamsport, this is the hotel to use!

I had a 2bedroom suite for 4 days and 3 nights and it was a really nice room. My problem was 2 out of 3 of those nights there was loud jumping above our heads. I work 16 hour shifts so i was really hopimg for aome rest when i got off work. I called down multiple times where they said that they will handle it but all the people did was get louder. I was told the manager would call me the next day and i never recieved a call. I called left a message and left my number again but two weeks later and no phone call.

It felt like i was being harrassed the fire alarm mysteriously coming on seemed like they set it off and came up to inspect also i was told to sign a smoking paper but the 2 Caucasian couples wasnt told to sign paper ....will not be coming back

Nice place, typical "hotel" breakfast was good, the woman maintaining the breakfast area was on her "A" game keeping up with everything and very friendly. All the staff I interacted were polite and personable. The Room was fantastic, the pool and hot tub were great, would definitely stay there again.
