Not well maintained. Everyone is on the ground floor. Second floor looks like it is under renovation, but it appears it was stopped mid project. Door to the room did not have a sweep, so there is a noticeable gap under the door to let dirt in when the wind blows. Breakfast is minimal; cereal and a waffle maker. If you only need an inexpensive place to sleep, it would be ok at best.

The property is under construction and nothing tells you that. I reserved the room on a third party app so I didn’t get any more information about the property. Paid for a king bed and was told they didn’t have any more, then the air conditioning didn’t work in the double queen and then upon switching from that room, a king bed miraculously became available! And the last big surprise, there is a $100 deposit, cash or card for the room! Don’t have to worry about me staying there again and they only got two stars because of the pleasant day shift people.

Great deal for the price. The bed was very comfortable, but there was a smell and the room wasn’t so clean. But i haven’t paid 60 for a room since the 1980’s. Plus a little breakfast! Unbelievable!

Everything is what you would expect with the price. I feel someone should be watching the breakfast as waffle batter ran out halfway threw the morning. It is a cheap motel but clean and friendly.

Good value and did the job.

This Super 8 was clean, quiet and comfortable. It provided good value and was just what I needed for. a 1 nite stay. The breakfast was the only downer. Not much other than toast and coffee. Nothing beyond that and no fresh fruit or eggs at all. Coffee was Ok, so that was the only highlight of breakfast

I would have given the property 5 stars across but it does appear to be under renovation. However my room was clean, quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I would stay here again.

Bug infested

I've used this exact Super 8 multiple times and never had an issue. HOWEVER, this time there were bugs in the bed. When i went to the front desk, they said they sent someone to check my room and didn't see any bugs (Although only 3 minutes passed between when i complained and when "someone checked the room"). I was not allowed to see or speak to a manager or housekeeping. They told me i was crazy and not entitled to a refund. Very disappointed and disgusted with how my interaction went.

The room was clean and well put together. There were no vents in the bathrooms for the steam from the showers so the dampness just stayed in the room, making the beds and blankets damp no matter what time of day it was. The continental breakfast that was advertised was terrible. They only had milk and cold coffee to drink. No juice of any kind so my son with dairy allergies had nothing to drink. Breakfast consisted of 2 different kinds of cereal, overripe bananas, some yogurts, and watered down waffle mix. But half the time we were there, the waffle machines didn’t work so you couldn’t even make waffles. We ended up just spending money going out to eat for breakfast every morning. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation so o am uncertain if after the reno’s are complete, things will get better.

The hotel has a requirement of a $100 deposit charge for obtaining your room. This charge is said to be removed from your card several days after departure. However, one must check to be sure that the $100 charge has been refunded. Our stay was fine, but because of the unusual charge, I'd pick a different hotel.
