We requested a handicap room since I have some mobility issues. We choose with a tub and toilet with bars. They called to check if we needed a handicap room which we told them yes but could make do without if someone in a wheelchair needed it. When we checked in the floral air freshener was so overpowering it burned my throat. There was no power in the room. When the maintenance man came down I asked if all the rooms were sprayed so heavily. I was told no, there was a foul smell before. We switched rooms which was done with no problems and the desk staff was great. The showers squeal loudly and you can also hear them from other rooms. It was clean but dated. The arm chair was broken where it was tilted back so far I could hardly get out of it. I won’t stay again.

Remodel but comfortable stay.

Overall, for the price and not realizing it was a suite with a kitchen. Very good. They were in the middle of a remodel, so getting in and out of the hotel became challenging.

The room was mostly clean, except for the dried blood on the phone and one of the closet doors. Some of the doors and drawers were broken and so was the door latch. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and sagged in the middle. The shower was crappy and the toilet was noisy. The neighbor’s shower made a horrible noise when it was used. The hallways on both floors were filled with the smell of weed and cigarettes. The AC kept turning on and off all night.

Good location, near the airport. Unfortunately, they saved money by using a do-it-yourself plumber. The tub faucet didn't divert all water to the showerhead like it should, spraying water around my legs. Plus there was something blocking the drain, so when I took a shower, the water kept rising up past my ankles, slowly going down the drain hole. I asked them to fix that, but they didn't.

Any pet friendly hotel will have its smells but with carpet in the rooms, you can imagine the urine that soaks in over time. There were bloody spots on the carpet in our room as well like a dog had cut its foot and walked around. The towels provided were not clean. I would not stay here again.

Not worth the money!!

The ONLY saving grace was the kindness of the young man at the front desk. Our key to our room wouldn't work, and he fixed it, AND let us into our room, because our hands were full. He could tell we were exhausted. Otherwise everything else sucked. The toilet would not flush, so we had to mess with the water pressure to get it to flush, the shower had no water pressure, the room was hot, and the ac wouldn't work properly. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were flat, and the floor stunk. The advertising said free breakfast, but the only thing free was the hot coffee, or tea...i could have paid the same price, and stayed somewhere nicer!
