The space
The property features two primary bedrooms upstairs - (1) KING bed and (1) QUEEN bed, both w/ private baths. Plus an extra bedroom in the basement featuring a bunk bed--(1) TWIN & (1) FULL--and (1) full-size FUTON with a desk to work at also! Each bedroom also includes a folding luggage rack for your suit case.

In the basement living area, cozy up on the incredibly comfortable large sectional and watch your favorite shows on the brand new 65" smart TV! Or gather with your friends and play any of the many games we have available including: Uno, Mexican Train Dominos, Monopoly, Puzzles, Drinking Games, and Kids Games also! The basement also features full size washer & dryer units with starter detergent & dryer sheets for your use.

KITCHEN: From everything cooking & baking you could ever need to kids supplies & cocktail prep--you'll find this kitchen is packed with everything you and your guests could possibly need during your stay! Some available appliances include: Nespresso Machine & Pods, Air Fryer, Blender, Hand-Mixer, Crockpot, Coffee Pot, and more!

BACKYARD: The backyard is fully fenced in and features plenty of space to play yard games or activities. Sit around the fire-pit and make s'mores with our handy marshmallow skewers, or hang out on the outdoor couch & chairs while cooking on the gas grill! PARKING: Driveway parking available with 2-Car Garage. There is also ample street parking available due to the property being on a corner lot. Garage door opener available during your stay, $50 fee if not returned.

The property was really nice, I’ve stayed at a few and this one rates high on the list. It was newly renovated, nice , clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, everything you needed appliances, dishwasher all the conveniences and new and working. Sometimes I am worried because pictures can be deceptive but this place was pretty much what the pictures conveyed online. It was also a convenient location for us and our purpose for visiting. It’s conveniently close to stores, restaurants and the mall. Unfortunately it rained but the backyard is very nice also and equipped for outdoor enjoyment. I definitely stay again at this property. I highly recommend it.

The house was clean with nice spaces. The backyard patio was not useable which was disappointing since the weather was nice. The kitchen was well stocked which made it nice to do meal prep. The beds were comfortable. Overall the house was nice, but a couple of upgrades would be nice.

The good things:The kitchen is very well done and well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and had been updated and had towels etc. Plus other amenities. Bedrooms are clean and have the beds as pictured. The reason we moved to a different house (at a loss to us): There is very little natural light and the windows weren't clean, if one could get to them. The plan was to work during the day from the home and visit family afterwards. The home didn't really support being able to work. Why? Few outlets, the "desk" didn't have outlets. There was only overhead lighting in most rooms. The rooms are smaller than they appeared in the pictures.The bathroom fans don't turn off and I have difficulty sleeping with fan noise. The backyard hadn't been mowed and the fire pit area wasn't well kept. Under certain circumstances could be the right place for others. Didn't work for our needs. Arrived Sunday and moved to another place Monday.Unfortunately didn't take any photos. And paid the price for not looking closely enough at the descriptions of the place.

There's much to recommend this house. It's spacious enough for a family, or 2 small families because of the number of beds/couches and 3 bathrooms, two with tubs! The kitchen is well-supplied, lighting is excellent, and the yard is spacious and inviting. We loved having the garage with an auto opener. The location is convenient with easy access to the airport. The modest exterior doesn't reflect the size and cheerfulness of the interior. We appreciated the easy check-out procedure, but had a bit of trouble with the check-in since our understanding of what is a "keypad" was different from the instructions. The reason we can't give this property 5 stars is that it is inaccessible for people with mobility issues because the entrance level has no bathroom, bedroom, or even a closet. So guests must go down a few steep, uncarpeted steps to the closest bathroom with a small, slippery shower; or up several more steep steps to the king-sized bed, which was our main criterion. We're in our 80's and do have some mobility issues, yet we managed the steps fairly well, but the up staircase has nothing to hold on to when you reach the top step. I had to drop to my hands and knees and crawl to the nearest bedroom, or had to be hoisted up by strong arms. Please note that the posts on the front porch have long nails that stick out and would be eye-level for a child. We watched that closely as well as the easily-trippable entrance from the garage to the kitchen. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house.

Perfect for what we needed

Came to Wichita to visit friends, this place was perfect for us. It was pretty centrally located and the setup was great. Loved that there were two living rooms with comfy couches and the bedrooms/ bathrooms were really great. Loved that were was a firepit although we ended up being too busy to use it afterall.

Five Star Stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everyone fell in love with the property. There was plenty of room for sleeping and gathering together for this group of 9. It was affordable to us because we were able to split the cost among two families. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Visiting family in Wichita.

Remodeled house with all the amenities. Great smart home features, excellent beds and couches, brand new washer/dryer, very clean and bright! The Harry and Rock location is convenient to jump on 54 and visit family on opposite sides of town. Easy keyless checkin and checkout process. I assume most people visit Wichita for family or kid’s sports tournaments. This house will work well for either of those adventures.

Wonderful Stay

We traveled to Wichita, Kansas to celebrate my Grandson's 1st Birthday. We had his birthday (smash cake) and decor in the garage and went inside to do gifts. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, visit and eat pizza lol. It did rain so the backyard we didn't get to use, but the front porch was good for sitting with coffee and blowing bubbles. I would recommend this home as it was cozy and inviting. Close to restaurants and shopping.

State FCCLA

I was coming to town for State FCCLA and some of the kids wanted to stay in a house. It was perfect! The location was great and a safe neighborhood. I felt comfortable leaving the kids alone for an hour while taking others to the event. The space was perfect for working on projects, homework and just hanging out. I was going to park in garage, but the vehicle didn’t fit😞. But that is a very nice feature of being able to park in the garage. Thank you for an amazing trip with kids to Wichita! I’d say we will stay here next year, but I hope to bring more kids so it may not work. Thank you!

Great spot love the fireplace

The house was big enough to have the whole family over, some were upstairs talking while others were downstairs playing games. The fireplace was my favorite feature but the large kitchen and comfy couches were great as well. Windows are drafty but the fireplace made up for it. Overall a very comfortable and cozy home.

Great location

This house was perfect. First the kitchen had everything and I was able to cook dinner both nights. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Outdoor space would be great for kids to run around. Neighborhood was quiet and I was able to go out for walks/runs easily and safely. I would stay here again! It is an older house but a lot of work has gone into fixing it up.

Cozy Vibes

Needed a place to stay while we were in town for work. Allowed us all to relax and feel at home when not stressing about work. Great communication from the owners and supplied so many amenities almost felt like you were at your own house!
