I will say I booked this hotel on accident not realizing which it was. We previously stayed here and it was not in good shape, smelled and so dirty. I was surprised to see the new updates. It looked great! There was no smell and our room was clean. Still not the best area but the hotel has improved vastly.

Would stay at again. You open the door and immediately hit the bed. There was no security deadbolt, the room felt cringy. Skipped showering there because i didn’t think it was “safe” to use. They charge you a $5 fee for “security” but the parking lot isn’t secure and there was not a single security guard present. 0/10

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully stocked. I would give the overall cleanliness of the facility 6 out of 10. The hot tub in the pool area was not working. The hotel was easy to get to right off the exit and had ample parking.

There was a $100 deposit when we got there. No ice bucket, kleenex out, no phone in room. Front desk said maid would bring bucket, never did. Decent breakfast, but had to stand to eat it, as all the tables were full. The a/c worked well

Not the most ideal place
Not exactly what was described. Thought it was 'in' downtown, but it's a bit of walk and not an easily accessible one. AC doesnt work in hallways so it's muggy and hot. Hot tub wasnt working, pool was not the cleanest, breakfast provided was small in selection and never much available in portions. The shower in our room had previous tenants hair all over, ice machines didnt work. The only positive was our room was huge and great for that price, but i would have spent more somewhere else to have a more positive experience

When we first got there the elevators were out. We had to use the service elevator. My 88 yo mom had to walk to the far end of the building to get there. The service elevator had a take out box of spaghetti dumped on the floor. I chose this hotel bc i thought it had a breakfast buffet by the pic. It was just the same continental as others. They did trade rooms so my mom could have towel bars in the shower and by the toilet.

Elevator didn’t work! Service was terrible! Overcharged credit card by $700! Drug infested area!! Super dirty windows and smelled like mold!!!! Over charged to stay here wasn’t worth the cost.

The suite with king bed in one room and two queens in the other was just what we needed. The drawbacks were electrical outlet at one bathroom sink was dead, the spa was empty and full of trash, and the elevators were non functional at checkout and we had to lug all our belongings downstairs. When I checked in there was absolutely no welcoming greeting, much more like I was just one big inconvenience that had to be dealt with. And who ever heard of breakfast ending at 9 am on a Sunday morning? Fortunately the Doo Dah Diner just up the street had a fantastic breakfast, so missing the hotel’s turned out for the best.

Not impressed. Do not recommend this hotel!!!! The pool smelled terrible. The remote control to the TV was made in the bed making me wonder if they changed the bedding!! The elevator stopped working. Lots of homeless around asking for money. The pictures on the website does not match the rooms!!!!

Do not stay here. We reserved a room with one king bed and two queen beds for our larger sized family. When arriving we were given a room with one king bed and a sofa sleeper. We were told the room we reserved was not available. After two hours of negotiations, including waiting at front counter for a very long time as front desk clerk was in the restroom for at least 20 minutes and no one else around to check guests in. They tried to charge us for a second room, upcharge us for a room we had already fully paid for, could care less about customer service and the slowest I have seen anyone work. All we wanted was what we had paid for without our kids having to sleep on the dirty floors and that seemed nearly impossible to obtain. Toilet in our room didn’t flush, one air conditioning didn’t work at all so that part of room was very hot while other part of room was very cold. Elevator needed serviced, hole in the ceiling with water dripping from it. Pillows were all awful. Generally unkept. Very noisy surroundings and not safe neighborhood. Breakfast was not good and they closed it at 9am on a Sunday. Do not go here. Worst place I have ever stayed. And I never leave bad reviews
