Cancellation Policy: 



Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues.
