Sleeps 2 to 8 guests—bring your crew or keep it cozy for two!



🚶‍♀️ Just a short stroll to Elmer’s Pond and the walking path to the indoor pool (yes, there’s an indoor pool!). And don’t sweat the weather—literally. We’ve got mini-splits to keep things cool in summer and toasty in winter.

PAYMENTS: 



50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  



All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 



The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 



If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that site's terms and conditions.
