Well it’s “ok” but really not fantastic. While our room was clean, the beds were sagging at the edges, really worn out. The pool was freezing - would it really hurt to raise it a couple degrees? I mentioned it and you think I asked for a week free or something. The gym - I haven’t ever been in a gym in any hotel anywhere that doesn’t have a water cooler. Maybe a thought. I think this was a really nice hotel in its day but the age is hitting it. A couple upgrades could increase your guest count and make you more competitive.
