Great place clean, comfortable, friendly, fantastic breakfast from 5 to 10 am. Great pool with waterslide. The hot tub wasn't working, and the hotel web page says no pets, however they actually do accept pets for a fee these are the only negative comments.

I feel that when I use Expedia to book my room, the hotel puts me in the worst room available and it’s not busy. I have stayed 20 nights a year and I get the room that the heat doesn’t work or next to the room that fans are running 24/7, my guess is to dry out carpet.

I rented a hotel SOLELY FOR A POOL. I paid $175 to take my kids swimming and a little vaca after ice fishing in this area. I live in Edmonton, an hr away I would have not stayed in a crappy little town with little options for this price. No where in the original booking was anything mentioned about the pool down. I get notifications afterwards, along with a dozen spam msgs between Expedia and Ramada why would I bother looking at theses? It was not until I was at hotel I’m informed with take out ordered on its way ( ordered before check out yo streamline my evening). I feel like the wool was pulled over my eyes, this is not due diligence on either Ramada or Expedia, this is deceptive fraud! Both parties knew of this problem for over a month according to the front desk. Again I did not rent for a bed but for a pool with a slide. Hotel said I’m getting reimbursed? I’m not paying, either hotel, Expedia or my visa will be reimbursing me. I’m extremely unhappy!!
