It is a very nice Cape cottage in a great location. AC worked great when it was needed. Quiet street with well maintained properties. Del Mar was great to work with. I would rent through them again.

Great house, easy walk to small local beach which was perfect. Great layout for a family. spent a wonderful weekend here. The yard is not fully fenced in - just something to be aware of with kids or pets.

Lovely cape escape

Everything about our stay was wonderful and stress free. The property was Exactly what we were looking for to gather with our friends and explore Cape Cod. It had everything we needed - and more. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to see and the home was on a quiet street and peaceful. We enjoyed the beach/nautical decor, the rooms were a good size, and the kitchen was well stocked - it even had a lobster pot and claw crackers! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely cottage with in a restful neighborhood

The cottage was comfortable and clean. There was a maintenance issue that was taken care of by the property manager right away. Everyone that we interacted with was helpful and professional. The house was beautiful, in a great neighborhood (lovely and away from heavy traffic), and a fantastic base of operations for our Cape Cod vacation.

The neighborhood was so nice and so close to the beach. We did have a couple of issues with the house but the property manager responded quickly. One thing I suggest is that the description should not say fenced in yard. One side was open so we were unable to let our dog loose in the yard and we did not bring a long lead due to that.

It would have been nice to have hangers in the closet,( we bought some & left for the next guest). There were no dressers in the upstairs bedrooms, there was 1 very small one in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen lacking some key essentials

1). Night shades are nonfunctional, they are too small for the windows. <$10/window

Overall, this was a great rental and we really enjoyed our stay. The house fit our family of four nicely, and the location is its best feature—we loved being able to walk to so many beaches. The home itself was spacious, but there were a few things we wished had been better maintained. The backyard (a big selling point for us) was mostly dry dirt patches and not well cared for. The king mattress in the first-floor bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, and many of the rugs and chair cushions were heavily stained, which was unpleasant and something the owners may want to consider replacing. On the positive side, Del Mar was very responsive. They offered to come clean the stained items and quickly replaced a blender for us when the one provided wasn’t working. We would probably return to this rental if the mattress gets an update

There are so basic things that need to be done to make a more comfortable stay. Including:- some blinds on the main level for privacy- there are none on main level- only sheer curtains which are see through and kitchen area has no curtains at all-larger more efficient coffee pot (current one only would serve one person)- more mirrors needed so females can put on makeup outside of bathrooms. A full length mirror would be a plus. -upstairs twin room mattress is very uncomfortable which required my Dtr to sleep with me in another bed.- No dishwasher - washing machine and dryer and very difficult to use and get clothes dry.- sitting area needs two couches or better seating. Not enough comfortable seating for the number of beds offered. -Overall this was a disappointing rental for us based on the home accommodations.Positives were the area was safe and location was great. Beautiful home on the exterior. Rental company services were great.
