Higher more maintenance staff!

Hotel has 3 floors. Ice machine only works on one floor! Drawers on dresser broken. Fridge frozen over! Had to chip out ice myself! Definitely needs to be thawed out and properly cleaned. TV broken! Volume would not go higher than a whisper. Rusty light fixture in pool is floating in pool! Floating in the pool! Pool debris needs to be removed. Workout facility was dirty, like it hadnt been cleaned in days.

hotel staff was friendly and fun. I was just passing through and glad I stayed here overnight. super quiet. there was security car in the parking lot when I left a 3 am. that's a big plus.

It was absolutely terrible! Ac didn't work and then fill carpet full of water. Staff refused to move rooms unless u wanted a smoking room.

Clean rooms, hard bed

Room was clean , bathroom was clean, ac worked great. Personally for me the bed was rock hard and there were no extra blankets to be found. If we hadn’t gotten back from our event at midnight I would have called to ask for an extra blanket.
