"Very nice modern hotel but our room was cold, I turned up the thermostat but didn’t make any difference until I tuned it to 24o, I’m not sure if it’s controlled by reception? bar staff were lovely and there was 50+ booked for dinner, there were no reserve signs on the tables apart from the birthdays ..."
