The Perfect Vacation Home at The Big Island Hawaii
Enjoy your stay at our Hawaiian style two-bedroom two-bath villa, situated on the 6th hole of the Lake course on Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Once you enter the villa grounds, you will appreciate the soothing island breeze through swaying palm trees. You may like to sit on the private outdoor lanai overlooking the fairway, watching the golfers. In the morning, you will especially enjoy drinking Kona coffee on the lanai as you watch the sun rise over Kohala Mountain.
Our Fairway Villa, located just 30 minutes north of Kona Airport at Waikoloa Beach Resort, is in a three-floor complex with nearby stairs and an elevator for your use. The unit is on the 2nd floor. Just steps outside your door there are an open-air workout room, BBQ grill area, infinity pool and lava rock spa; what more could you need to relax?
Our villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. A beautifully set glass-topped dining table and barstools provide ample seating for meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa and chairs plus a 55 inch flat screen TV. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional overnight guests. Enjoy free secure high-speed internet access and cable TV throughout the unit.
The large master bedroom suite has a California king-sized bed, a flat TV and large walk-in closet. The master bath has a water jet tub, walk-in glass showers and double sinks. The guest bedroom contains twin beds, TV and closet. The guest bathroom has a sink, deep tub with a shower. The suite is fully stocked with lots of towels and fresh linens.
Within a short walk (about five minutes), there are two shopping areas, including cafes, restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. A 10 minute walk takes you to sites for enjoying swimming and snorkeling or the amazing sunset at A-bay (Anaecho’omalu Bay). For your use, you will find beach towels. And , you can play 27 holes championship golf course.
Everything is right outside your door if you want to do nothing more than relax right here at your home-away-from-home. Take the gang for a drive around the island. A designated carport parking space is located right next to the elevator. Free parking for additional vehicles is available in any space not marked ‘Reserved’.
We are available by e-mail, but since we do not live on the Big Island, we will be unable to meet you personally. We, the Okomato family, own the villa but reside in Japan. We love the Big Island very much; who can resist the most beautiful display of blazing stellar skyscape in the whole world? We have island contact on the Big Island, though, available to assist you if something comes up during you stay.
