The house was located in a very cute lil town. The views from the house were spectacular and the outside areas were perfect for lounging and gatheting together. The house was very clean. The bedrooms are a little on the small side, but the beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Birthday weekend

We had an amazing time at a beautufl property right on the beach. The inside of the house was clean, warm and inviting. We were right on the beach so the best part was sitting on the second floor deck enjoying the beautful views. Our host was awesome and very accomodating. Would stay here again for sure!

Great spot close to the beach!

Perfect spot for a quick work trip with some colleagues. We really enjoyed getting down to the beach for evening walks to decompress after a long day with clients. The house was quaint and clean and gave us a nice spot to have dinner and spend some time together.

Perfect weekend getaway house

We had an amazing time at this house! My family all came back to Long Island to attend my fathers memorial service nearby and this house had all the details and comforts to make the weekend as enjoyable as possible...and the view is AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again!

Great home for family get together for wedding!

The views were wonderful and there was easy access to the beach for walks. The outdoor space was spectacular and relaxing. It was the perfect place for us as we were there for our sons wedding. Thanks

Fantastic Views

My friends and I had a wonderful getaway vacation at this Northfork house. The water views were stunning, and the house had a good mix of indoor and outdoor areas to relax and hangout. Highly recommend.

Great view!

Fantastic overlook of the Long Island sound is hard to beat! Everything in the house was recently renovated. Convenient to restaurants, shops and vineyards.

This is a unique property which has spectacular views of Long Island Sound. The kitchen is modern and the central get-together meeting area was comfortable for our family members (betw. 4 to 8 people) while dining. The home is clean and neatly appointed. The deck areas outside certainly lend themselves to lounging, sunbathing, & gazing, and…..inhaling that healthy Sea air. Our family (a cackling bunch of mariners from another beach community about 9 miles away) love looking out over vistas and meditative views. If you would like to experience the changing weather, tidal and wave conditions of a glorious body of water….,this property is for you. (Not everyone loves the L.I.S., but we do. Passionately. ) Speaking of which, there is a Wading River Public Beach about a half a mile away, down a hill. The swimming and hiking are excellent. Wildwood State Park has its beach boundary about ¼ mile east from the entrance. On Sept. 9th & 10th, we assisted our Matriarch, who was selling her artworks, at the Hallockville Festival. This home was ideal for the “The Afterparty.” Wading River has superb Italian and Chinese restaurants which deliver. This house makes one think that one is living on the bow of a ship. (That’s not everyone’s THING, ..but it is definitely OURS.) Bring your binoculars.

A Beautiful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly as pictured online. Everything was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very modern and fully stocked with eating and cooking essentials like dishes and pots and pans. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. And I loved the design of all 3 bathrooms. The multiple seating areas outside were amazing too. But that aside...The View was absolutely phenomenal! The view from the primary bedroom upstairs was especially fantastic at sunrise and sunset. Outside of the property, the shopping outlets and other convenient stores are only about 15 minutes away by car. And there's also a great restaurant with really good food walking distance from the house. Every part of the house was so wonderful and comfortable. I really had a great stay!

The Kitchen is modern and the central get-together-area was comfortable for our family members (betw. 4 to 8 people) while dining. After a long day at Hallockville Festival, where our Matriarch was showing her artworks, we relaxed and ate excellent local fare (delivered from Wading River). The home is clean and neatly appointed. The deck areas outside certainly lend themselves to lounging, sunbathing, & gazing, and.....inhaling that healthy Sea air. ( This is our 2nd stay with Debbie and Virginia, who value quality responsiveness and cleanliness as property managers.) Our family (a cackling bunch of Mariners from another beach community about 9 miles away) enjoy looking out over vistas and meditative views. If you would like to experience the changing weather, tidal and wave conditions of a glorious body of water....,this property is for you. Speaking of which, there is a Wading River Public Beach about a half a mile away, down a hill. The swimming and hiking are excellent. Wildwood St. Park has its beach boundary about 1⁄4 mile east from the entrance. This house makes one think that one is living in a Lighthouse, or on the bow of a ship. Bring your binoculars.
