B&B HOTEL Gent Centrum
"An absolutely fantastic stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The location is fantastic, and the reception and public areas are beautifully presented, modern and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had lovely decor, the TV was great, and the lighting was excellent. I particularly appreciated the adjustable room temperature. The balcony was another highlight, offering lovely views of the towers! The luggage facilities were excellent, with spacious storage areas offering both paid lockers and free shelves where luggage can be left at your own responsibility. We also loved the complimentary coffee, tea and fresh fruit available in reception. Wi-Fi was great throughout our stay. There were just a few minor downsides: the hairdryer was quite dated and kept cutting out when overheating, making drying both my hair and my daughter’s long hair a nightmare! A pillar in the room partially blocked the TV view from my daughter’s bed, and the shower rail wouldn’t hold the hand shower in position, so I had to hold it throughout (although we didn’t report this). These small inconveniences certainly didn’t spoil our experience. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return without hesitation. A beautiful hotel, fantastic location and lovely facilities. We genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough!"
