Nice fat roach crawled out after a shower in what I would call the weakest shower set up in any room I have stayed in. And had the nerve to be at the door at exactly 11 to "clean" room. You get what you pay for I guess.

This hotel provided an excellent stay especially considering how affordable the rooms were. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was a quick 15-20 minute drive down the freeway to downtown Knoxville even in rush hour. Overall very pleased with this hotel.

I especially liked how wild let the outside of the hotel was. It made us feel very safe. The hotel did have a strange smell inside our room. This was a very nice hotel. The room was nice & quiet. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is a mildew smell in the room. It does not have anything to do with cleanliness, because the room was very clean.

No hot tub, no pool, not even breakfast. Hotel is in renovation and does not plan to have a pool. Rooms have bugs and smell funny. Multiple left that checked in and we all got told leaving we wouldnt get money back so.
