Everything stood out, the location, the food, the views, and a staff that was genuinely kind, helpful and amazing throughout our stay. We stayed in the family room and it was so pretty, spotlessly clean and spacious enough that our two kids had plenty of room to run around and play. We really couldn't have asked for more. One thing that really stuck with us was how the team arranged breakfast a full hour earlier than usual because we had an early trip back to Tirana. Such a small thing but it made such a big difference and shows just how much they care about their guests. Definitely worth every penny and we will 100% be coming back on our next visit. Keep it up guys! 👍"
