It tool more than 5-10 minutes to get hot water. The hotel safe is only located at reception. The breakfast is expensive and offering poor quality items-powdered eggs, powdered milk at the expresso machine and poor quality bread. It would have been ok of the price were less. The staff were nice, helpful but I couldn't say warm. "
