Good facilities, fantastic spa with amazing pools. Service was great, kitchen sometimes slow at lunch time. A well deserved 5 star hotel with so much to do. Breakfast is simply incredible, to me the best I ever had in a while

Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. Hotel Valaisia Crans Montana, a Faern Collection Resort
Wonderful stay! And super close to the ski lift which was so convenient to go skiing! Staff was absolutely wonderful, breakfast was excellent. We would definitely go back!
